The following contract terms & conditions (‘the terms’) must be read before placing an order for any goods (‘the goods’) as these terms & conditions will be incorporated into the contract between you (‘the customer’) and us (Running Wild Pottery).


The price payable by the customer is as listed on the Running Wild Pottery website at the time of the placing of the order and unless otherwise excludes postage & packing by the means described on the website.


Payment must be received in full for all goods ordered, including any additional charges, before the goods can be dispatched.


Title to the goods will pass to the customer when the goods are delivered by Running Wild Pottery to the carrier with an instruction to deliver the goods to the address given with the order. Running Wild Pottery will only deliver to the carrier goods that are of a merchantable quality and comply with the contract terms. On delivery of the goods to the carrier in accordance with this condition Running Wild Pottery shall be deemed to have delivered the goods under the terms of the contract.

How to return or exchange items

1. Our orders are currently processed and fulfilled by Running Wild Pottery. Please contact them via email stating your reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

2. If the item is damaged or faulty please report this within 7 days from date of receipt of goods with photographic evidence and the item will be replaced free of charge. If not reported within 7 days, then replacement will be at the Company’s discretion.

3. If you requested a replacement for a damaged or faulty item, this will be sent free of post & packaging charges.

4. If you have requested a refund, this will be processed within 31 days of receipt of your returned items. If this refund is made directly to your credit card this should appear on your next credit card statement.

5. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.



Running Wild Pottery shall not be liable for any loss of profits, inconvenience, consequential or indirect loss or damage or have any liability to pay compensation other than any provable financial losses reasonably and foreseeably incurred by a customer who has complied with these terms.


An order may be cancelled by email providing the order has not already been dispatched to the customer


Force majeure

Running Wild Pottery shall not be liable for failure to comply with the terms of the contract caused by circumstances beyond its control.



Running Wild Pottery cannot guarantee the accuracy of information, specifications, pricing, misprints, errors or omissions in any of its published material or any representations or misrepresentations made by company personnel or its agents.



These terms & conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is deemed invalid or unenforceable the validity and enforceability of all other parts shall not be affected. These terms & conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights
