Handmade Raku Sphere

Bright blue ribbon round the middle of the vase with Feathers burning into the glaze.
Feathers are added once the vase reaches approx 1000 degrees. The feathers then fuse into the glaze and clay body creating a one of a kind look and pattern.
Because of the process this vase is not suitable to hold water, however is perfect for dried flowers or just as a standalone item.
